What are the COVID-19 Procedure?

Here are some ways Little Kicks Swim School’s “normal” may look different.
There will be courtesy yard signs, lovingly displayed, for your safety and encouragement to practice social distancing being courteous to the swimmer before you slowly/stopping the spread.

There will only be chairs for sitting in both separate waiting areas. These areas will be wiped down before the next swimmer arrives.
Those waiting for their turn, please wait for the swimmer before you exit before heading over to enter the pool area. Those exiting the pool area, please make sure to do so in a timely manner for the next swimmer to start their class.

There will not be an area for changing, so please arrive on time, not early be dressed and ready to swim (swim diapers, bathing suits, etc.) take your child to the car to change after or wrap them in a robe and head home to change.

A potty with liners will be on deck for emergencies only. Please make sure to use the bathroom at home before and after class. If needed, there is a grocery store very close for use before and after your class.

Mrs. Cerra will be wearing a face shield to protect herself, parents, and children. Please show this picture below to the kids, so they know what to expect.

You are highly encouraged to wear a mask while waiting, entering and exiting the pool areas, and hand sanitizer is also on deck for your use.

Please be so gracious to limit the number of visitors with you (parents, non-swimmers, friends, family, etc.) to help protect others, maintain a 6ft distance and slow the spread of the virus.

Please take your child’s temperature at home before you leave for class. If your child has a fever or is sick, please stay home and notify via text.

Just a reminder: There is only one swim instructor in the pool with one student at a time. There are no group classes or multiple instructors.

You are, of course, doing your part to slow the spread by following the staying home orders until lifted, only go out for essential trips and swim lessons, and wearing protective masks while out.

What’s the cancellation policy?

24-hour notice must be given to avoid a charge. If a student, parent, or teacher is sick the day of there must be a two-hour notice to cancel without a charge. In bad weather, lessons may be canceled last minute.

Can I get a refund if it doesn't work out?

I’m sorry there are no refunds. You may buy classes one at a time.

Can I check the schedules before I purchase my package?

Yes, once you create an account, you may click the “view schedule” icon to see all instructor’s schedules before you purchase.

How do I book my classes and Appointment responsibilities?

Once you purchase your package, log into your account. Click the arrow right of your name at the top, select “Balance,” and click on Appts. Select “Schedule Now” and pick your instructor, days and times of your appointments then Confirm your appts. You can then go to Appointments to view them all.
PLEASE NOTE: LKSS is not responsible for your appointments scheduled or canceled. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all classes are confirmed and/or canceled within the 24 hours allowed. If the system does not send an email reminder, the client is still responsible for coming to their scheduled classes.

What happens to my classes?

Lessons are only good for a year from the date purchased until they have restrictions on specials’ packages. There are no refunds, no exceptions.
