Do you give discounts for siblings?

There are no discounts at this time.

Do you do a Semi-Private swim lesson?

We only specialize in private 1 on 1.

Are parents supposed to go in the water?

Parents are not allowed in the pool during a lesson.

I've had a bad experience before, how do I know my child will do well (learn to swim)?

Every child is different when it comes to learning to swim. Just try to have confidence that your child will succeed and try different swim school until you find the right one.

Can I get a refund if it doesn't work out?

I’m sorry there are no refunds. You may buy classes one at a time.

What’s the cancellation policy?

24-hour notice must be given to avoid a charge. If a student, parent, or teacher is sick the day of there must be a two-hour notice to cancel without a charge. In bad weather, lessons may be canceled last minute.

Can I buy one lesson and see how it works out?

Yes you may buy lesson one at a time.

Do you have group lessons?

We specialize in private 1 on 1, but we also have our Junior Group Swim Team.

How often should my child come to swim class?

Twice a week for a non-swimmer. Twice a week for six weeks (12 lessons) is for best results!

What should I bring to swim class?

Towel, hair tie, bathing suit, swim diaper (put on when you get to class), extra swim diaper, swim diaper cover, sunscreen, and a light snack for after (not before swim).

Can I check the schedules before I purchase my package?

Yes, once you create an account, you may click the “view schedule” icon to see all instructor’s schedules before you purchase.

How do I book my classes and Appointment responsibilities?

Once you purchase your package, log into your account. Click the arrow right of your name at the top, select “Balance,” and click on Appts. Select “Schedule Now” and pick your instructor, days and times of your appointments then Confirm your appts. You can then go to Appointments to view them all.
PLEASE NOTE: LKSS is not responsible for your appointments scheduled or canceled. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all classes are confirmed and/or canceled within the 24 hours allowed. If the system does not send an email reminder, the client is still responsible for coming to their scheduled classes.

This is a back yard pool. You may park in the high school parking lot OR on the street BUT please do not park next door by the fire hydrant OR on Tuesdays at 12:00-4:00 due to street sweeping (they will ticket you).
